Q. Can you tell me more about your satisfaction guarantee?
A. At Quality Landscape and Lawn Care, we work hard to meet and exceed your expectations. If you aren't satisfied, we will return and reapply as needed. If you are still not satisfied with the results, we will not charge you for the service. You can cancel anytime -- we don't force our customers into contracts!
Q. How will I know when you will arrive to service my lawn?
A. We will send out an email the day before each service so you know when we be at your property.
Q. Do we need to be home when your service team comes?
A. You don’t need to be home when we provide service at your property. If you will be gone during the day, we ask that you leave any gates unlocked so our technician can access your entire property.
Q. Is your fertilizer pet friendly?
A. The fertilizer we use is pet friendly. Pets and humans can walk on it the lawn immediately after the application.
Q. Is your weed control pet and human safe?
A. Our liquid weed control pesticide, per State of Wisconsin guidelines, requires that people and pets should remain off the lawn for 24 hours after the application. Always refer to the report provided by your applicator for safety guidelines.
Q. How safe is your insect control product?
A. Our preventative insecticide was selected for its effectiveness and low toxicity. Does not harm pollinators!
Q. Do we need to clear the lawn before your staff come to service my property?
A. Yes, we ask that all moveable items, such as lawn furniture, toys, leashes, potted plants, etc, be moved off of the lawn so our service team can provide the best, most consistent service. Also, if you have dogs, we would appreciate you removing any dog waste prior to our visit.
Q. Will my garden/flower bed be protected?
A. Our service team will take care not to impact your garden or flower beds. If we are applying fertilizer, weed control or insecticide, we will use precision tools so we don’t contaminate the garden or flower beds.
